Rumours: N-Strike Elite Firestrike.. Nitefinder grows up
From Baidu, and the same dude with the interesting table cloth/bed spread comes a decent image of the upcoming proposed N-Strike Elite Firestrike. From what I can tell, it's a single shot evolution of a Nite Finder; the secondary switch/trigger on the grip activates the red light under the barrel.
Feel free to speculate and discuss- I just bring you the news:D

I love the design and can't wait to get my hands on one!
ReplyDeleteThis nite finder is to die for! I have stopped playing nerf for a while since I have other priorities like school but this one just might make me go back to playing nerf. it looks phenomenal can wait till they have in hong kong!
ReplyDeleteSo sexy
ReplyDeletepretty sure that this is the real deal. and looks amazing
ReplyDeleteSO, I guess this guy is the real deal.. and most of the rumors are true..
ReplyDeleteThat means the previously announce Incinerator is still another blaster entirely...
ReplyDeleteThis blaster looks GREAT! I can't wait to get my mitts on one of these, this will go great with my sniper longshot (nightvision scope+laser). Is that a warning label for an actual laser?
ReplyDeleteYes, it looks like one. However, it's in b/w unlike most other warning labels, so maybe not?
DeleteThe label on this one seems to be the same warning as on the nite-finder and Recon tac-light so its sad but no real laser HOPEFULLY ITS GREEN!!!!!!!!!!!
Deleteit is not green it is red
DeleteLooks great! I've seen box art that says to look for the Firestrike in 2013 and Firestrike is one of the names the Nite Finder previously went by so I believe this is the real thing. The warning sticker makes it look ready to ship.
ReplyDeleteThe Incinerator appeared in a price list for a UK toy wholesaler and has never appeared in any other rumour, photo, etc. It carried a low price and Nerf has clearly moved away from attaching suffixes to their model names so I'm guessing it might be the real name of the Triad EX-3.
The handle looks very comfortable. I wonder if the size of the plunger tube changed at all?
ReplyDeletelooks like a recon/nite finder hybrid (sortof):p
ReplyDeleteHow do I get one of the new NERF Blasters?!
ReplyDeleteHey, Eric this one is not out yet its comin' out 2013. You can get the hail-fire, pyragon, rampage, or retaliator world-wide at most major-relailers and if you don't live in the USA you can get the Stockade too. Sorry USians!
Deletethis may look real but doesnt the handle part look surprisingly like the element ex-6 handle?
ReplyDeleteThis is a fake, he took the element handle and made a fake.
ReplyDeleteI like how you only used the handle as a means to call it a fake - totally blowing over the fact the shell is completely differnt. Moron, haha.
DeleteYou realize the Element is just a re-skinned Nite Finder.
DeleteAnd it's not the Element prime handle either - though it would be perfectly excusable if it was! Every single N-Strike blaster that's had an "EX-" loading system except for the Jolt has had that exact prime handle, from the Nite Finder to the Switch-Shot. In any case, this isn't the same - you can see that the connection between the pull and the priming bar is reinforced and molded differently, extending further below the pull. Which fits with other pictures of the Firestrike that we've seen.
Delete(The Element, for reference: http://i.ebayimg.com/t/NERF-N-STRIKE-ELEMENT-EX-6-BLASTER-ONLY/18/!CB,VmD!!Wk~$(KGrHqR,!jQE0D2IM1QdBNHi(stNVQ~~_1.JPG )
