The Nerf N-Strike Longstrike CS-6 has in the past had quite a bad rap, being considered an "all show no go" blaster; it is still today considered to be one of the best looking blasters Nerf have ever designed regardless of fan disapproval of its internals. In recent times its "all show" has been bumped up even more, with the "Whiteout series" finish that blew everyone away and now a new Sonic Series casing.
Ultimately, it's still just an aesthetic change though, so there's not a whole lot I can say about it, so I'll leave it to the pics after the jump:)
Are people really buying these Sonic series blasters? I can't get over how ugly the color scheme is. I wish I could find Whiteout or Clear series blasters with the same ease as I find these things.
ReplyDeletethe blaster looks better than most in sonic but the barrel looks horrible!!!
ReplyDeleteWho came up with is ugly sonic color scheme anyways?????
ReplyDeleteThe barrel looks bad on this fella because there's so much orange in it. It makes the blaster look odd with it on. With just the Longstrike by itself it looks fine though.
ReplyDeleteI can say I an looking forward to Upgrading mine with the OMW kits I ordered
ReplyDeleteI really like the stock. But yeah the stock is terrible.
ReplyDeletewhere are the longshots?
ReplyDeletenerf is scared to produce more longshots they have probably closed the factory (longshots use diferent plastic to all other curent line (new) nerf guns).. and are just selling stock from a massive factory.. hence no longer in US.
ReplyDeleteNerf want you to forget about the longshots and other older powerfull nerf blasters. and just think about clip system and automatic stuff
natster43, that doesn't make sense. Do you like it or think it's terrible?
ReplyDeleteWait. I meant the barrel looks terrible.
ReplyDeleteI think they should add more plastic to the barrel so it has a consistent green color which is gone due to the barrel being almost all orange inside unlike the rest of the blaster.
ReplyDelete@harpuia Definitely, or make the green plastic a bit more... opaque.
ReplyDeletehello
ReplyDeleteit looks good
