Oh wow, more images of the proposed upcoming Nerf N-Strike Elite Firestrike spotted on da interwebs, though I'd suggest Baidu is the source. I don't really get that excited over the pistol/handgun style blasters, especially single shot ones, but hey, it looks trick:) More pics after the jump. Cheers Jason for the lead!
Love It!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWow. So it really isn't that big. Can't wait!
ReplyDeleteThat's what she said.
DeleteThis will look epic couplered and minimised!
ReplyDeleteWant!! Love the design and I've always liked the performance of that Nitefinder's plunger system
ReplyDeleteInteresting, looks like the warning label is in French?
ReplyDeleteWonder if the light beam is improved. If it shoots 75ft, I don't think a 15 ft light beam range is useful. I also wonder how much larger the plunger tube is. It would be amazing if it got 75 ft flat due to the well known power of NF's
ReplyDeleteThat's what she said!! Hahaha
ReplyDelete"SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!"
ReplyDeleteYeah, that's TOTALLY a fake now... XD I wonder who started that in the first place, and why. It seems like everything these days is being branded a fraud. Perhaps the NIC is just so used to Nerf rarely releasing genuinely new blasters that we're accustomed to never finding valid intel on any. Just to point something out, though - Have we ever actually FOUND a fake? If not, the amount of skepticism seems wholly inordinate.
ReplyDeleteAnd also, that warning label is in French...
ReplyDeleteI love this design, really looking forward to this getting a release.
ReplyDeletedoesn't look like the light is that powerful, i also wonder how comfortable the handle will be compared to the nitefinder's? It looks great and I can't wait to get one but I am still waiting to get a stockade and snapfire which has yet to be sold in the US.
ReplyDeleteI WANT that blaster! Where do I get it from?!
ReplyDeleteIt's not out yet. Hence the 'RUMOUR' title of the post.
DeleteWhere's the idiot that proudly proclaimed this blaster was a "fake" now? Bet he wont be posting anymore, haha. Great blaster tho, cant wait for it!
ReplyDeleteI still think its a fake. Although the plunger rod ring piece is shifted up, while the nite finders is flush, it looks A LOT like an element. The plunger ring is shifted up, like a nite finder, and the front portion has the same rising and dipping portions of an element. The only thing that convinces me is the light that replaced the dart holders. I am NOT the person who posted earlier. I don't believe it's real, but I believe the real one will look similar to this.
Delete^IMHO^
DeleteI would still buy it though...
DeleteWOW I am totally inlove with pistol type blasters like nerf jolt/scout/nitefinder and the "Firestrike" WILL suit my personality cant wait to get this
ReplyDeleteFAKE, FAKE, FAKE :) just thought that this rumor mill post was missing one of those. I like the look of this blaster even if it's only a one shot.
ReplyDeleteAwesome gun, probably upgraded springs and better insides are what might make it up to standards with the usual Elite guns.
ReplyDeleteHmmm... the top half is squared in shape. Perhaps to accomodate extra plunger space?
ReplyDeleteAh, yes. Of course, now it has been upgraded to a square plunger.
DeleteAbout time the Nitefinder got replaced.
