Oooh, Rough Cut 2x4 buzz a plenty circulating the net this morning; we've received bootloads of emails and msgs but most of which I saw on SGNerf. Apparently the Nerf N-Strike Elite Rough Cut IS available retail in Malaysia! Alongside the video we posted earlier, pictures have surfaced on Facebook of the Rough Cut 2x4 in Malaysia from various sources.

Even complete with internals:

SG Nerf's got a pretty good round up of the N-Strike Elite Rough Cut 2x4 intel. Check it:)
Well, it's certainly nice to see the internals of this thing. It looks very well engineered. However even seeing these photos doesn't make it clear to me how the thing works, so I'll have to wait until I get mine.
ReplyDeleteOr you can look for a video :D
DeleteThis is goign to sound silly to say but even not understanding the system it's got to be the same type of system triad uses. Might have to do with using the AR's as valves, so there is a hard firing order in the plumbing. With the AR pressed back by a dart being present a flange on the AR blocks air from being sent to lower barrels in the order. That's my thought anyway.
ReplyDeleteNerf is making blasters you have to leave the air restrictors in, Modding is going to be tough.
ReplyDeleteLeaving the ARs in place and drilling big holes in them may be feasible. We'll have to wait and see for sure, though.
DeleteImod just did a great description for the internals if you guys wanna have a look. They're pretty accurate from the looks of them.
ReplyDelete.....Good !!! :D
