Nerf Vortex Pyragon: UT treatment

We've been bombed with a huge amount of emails asking us why we haven't done one of our mad photo shoot treatment of the awesome Nerf Vortex Pyragon. Well.. we have now:) Photos after the jump, and while we believe the photos are safe for work, there seems to be some readers out there who'd prefer to not see our model talent (who btw aren't actually models and just friends of mine who love toy blasters too) , sooo.. you don't have to look!

The Pyragon. "There are many like it but this one is mine"

  1. OMG. Every time I think you've posted the hottest girl, you outdo yourself. WHERE DO YOU FIND THEM? She's so damn fine and it's so fitting you load her up with the equally sexy Pyragon. I also love the sight and stock you've added. AND that UT sticker...

    *hot post all round*

  2. I've seen girls with less walking down the street. Not with a Nerf blaster though. Love the pics. -HT

  3. I love these posts. I'm still not convinced these models know anything about Nerf, but the fact you can convince them to wear tactical gear and parade around in a bra and a blaster makes me not really care. You should create a calendar for next year!

  4. Dude that Pyragon looks sick! When are they coming to the UK?

  5. Let's see a shoot with the Hailfire. Although to go with it, you probably need a really ugly deformed model.

  6. Stunning stuff. Was wondering when you'd get your lady friends around to promote the Pyragon. Take notice Nerf!

    1. You know, you're right! I don't think I've ever seen a Girl on any Nerf commercial but one or two, and always in a crowd! (Gear Up and Vortex opening commercials? Maybe?) But that's actually pretty bad. I know Nerf markets a lot to Guys but the addition of women on a commercial would probably appeal to both sexes! I second "Take notice Nerf!"!

  8. Don't know what you were talking about when you said the vortex belt wouldn't fit adults, seems to fit her fine :)

  10. Think it's pretty disgraceful you glorify sex using these sexy porno models to showcase nerf blasters. Just seems wrong. They are kids toys you know. Children.

    1. ..as opposed to glorifying violence. Dude, they're toy GUNS. TOY GUNS FOR KIDS. What's with the hypocrisy that it's somehow disgusting to see a chick wearing a bikini/bra and it's ok to glorify head shots and weapons?

Urban Taggers has gone through this over and over and over again. And yet they still do it. I wonder why? Cos they really don't care about what retards like you think.

    3. First off, Pocket, in the 2nd picture, how did you make the blaster exclusively in color? It really makes the blaster stand out in a good way and looks a lot more 'professional'.

In reply to the fellow above (Anonymous @ 10:23PM, Aug 19), these "kids toys" happen to be also used by a lot of adults. These adults happen to be mature enough to acknowledge that sex is a natural aspect of life and is perfectly normal. By the way, I'd like to quote Mark Twain for a moment: "Censorship is telling a man he can't have a steak just because a baby can't chew it." It's time you grew up and realize that women (and anyone) have the right to express themselves in the way they mean to and that you, the individual, have every right to TURN AROUND AND WALK AWAY.

    4. @the anonymous who doesnt like having the girl in the pics:

to reinforce a point made earlier, girls these days walk down the street in less. so there is no reason, point or logic in complaining. kids see more at the beach than they would from these pics.

@Pocket love the gallery as always. as someone suggested before, you should make a nerf calendar with all your blasters (and your lovely female friends of course :D)

This site however is targeted at young adults.

  11. Pocket, I gotta tell you, I absolutely LOVE the Pyragon! I got one yesterday, and just had a Nerf War today, and I totally dominated everybody! It is way better than the Hailfire!

  13. How does the orange on the Pyragon compare to N-Strike orange?
In particular I'm wondering about how parts from a clear Recon would look on the Pyragon.

  14. I posted this under the Pyragon review, but I'll post it here too: the Australia release of the Pyragon appears (on my tests) to be detuned getting on average at least 5 feet less range than my Vigilon. Just so you know before you give Kmart a fiddy for one.
