More Super Soaker gear

Spotted on Soundmedia.ch the same site as the Nerf N-Strike Elite gear we've been talking of are a few more additions to the Super Soaker line up- a small pistol style blaster called the Flash Blast that neither looks electric, air pressure OR piston, and the "Domination" drum, which looks like the one that comes with the Lightning Storm.

  1. The flash blast looks like it may have some kind of top slide like the scout pistol, perhaps that links to a pump?

  2. I was thinking that the Flash Blast was a simple squirt gun, fill it with water and pull the trigger.

    1. I was thinking I get more and more disappointing with the Super Soaker line every year.

  3. I'm going to go out on a limb and guess the Flash Blast has internals similar to the Buzz Bee splat Blaster - Nerf gun that sucks in water instead of air. That would explain why the slide would be used as a pump.

  4. I agree with Buffdaddy, a one-way valve on the resovoir, a beefy spring, and the sort of snap-release valve BuzzBee has on the Panther and Range Master... This could be a small, quick fire version of the Flash Flood. I know a Switch Shot with the restrictor drilled out can launch water 3 meters or so, adding that smaller aperture might make it worth while.

  5. Looks pretty cool, but again will probably be useless in battle. Can't wait to see Buzz Bee's upcoming lineup.

    1. Same here. I think it's going to be a while before there are any good super soakers released.

    2. I think it's a spring powered water pistol.

    3. In case you missed it, descriptions and listings for all the new soakers are up on the Nerf website and Amazon has them (or had them) all listed for sale.

  6. i saw this at my target. you slide back the pump (once) apparently, and pull the trigger. they advertised it as a "1 pump sneak attack blaster". looks interesting.
